All Ark Agency members are fully vetted at interview by our highly experienced
management team, assessing professional ability, experience and character and
all are Criminal Records Bureau checked at the enhanced level fulfilling the
requirements of the CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection). All employment
history is verified and proof of identity checked against passport, driving
licence, birth and marriage certificates. The Director of Nursing (a qualified
Nurse) monitors and assesses each individual. All members undergo regular
training, updates, reviews and assessments throughout their membership, as
required by the Care Standards Act.
